How does payment work?
We accept crypto only: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Solana (SOL), and Monero (XMR). Once you select your product and coin, a unique payment address is generated. Send the exact amount shown — payment is automatically verified on-chain. No account, no email required.
How do I receive my license key?
Your license key is displayed directly on the checkout page immediately after payment confirmation — typically within 1–2 minutes of blockchain confirmation. Copy and save it securely. You can look it up anytime via the Customer Portal.
What if my payment isn't detected?
If your payment was sent but not detected after 10 minutes, contact our support on Discord with your Order ID and your transaction hash. We'll verify it manually and deliver your key within minutes.
What is HWID locking?
Each license key is locked to your hardware ID (HWID) upon first use. We always provide HWID resets — no limit. Simply open a ticket on Discord with your Order ID. However, proof is required that you are not sharing your key (e.g. screenshot of your new hardware, old hardware being sold/replaced). Key sharing will result in a permanent ban with no refund.
